Reelm

Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-06-04

These Terms govern your use of Reelm, a video-infrastructure service (upload, transcoding, hosting, and streaming). By creating an account or using the API you agree to them.

1. The service

Reelm ingests video you upload, transcodes it to adaptive HLS, stores it, and streams it to your viewers. You pay for storage; streaming (egress) is not metered.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys, and for keeping credentials secret. Accounts are scoped to an organization; you must be authorized to act for it.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the video you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to process, store, and deliver it on your behalf. You represent that you have the rights to the content and that it does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Plans, billing & the free credit

Paid plans are billed in advance per the pricing shown at checkout. A free starter credit is available; once exhausted, you have a grace period to subscribe before stored content is removed and the account suspended. Failed payments move the account to a past-due state.

5. Acceptable use & suspension

Use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate it or applicable law, including illegal content; where required we report such content to the relevant authorities.

6. Availability & warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Questions: contact@reelm.video. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
