Data Processing Addendum

This DPA applies where Reelm processes personal data on your behalf (you are the controller, we are the processor) in providing the service. It forms part of the Terms.
Roles & scope
You determine the purposes and means of processing the content and end-user data you route through the service; we process it only on your documented instructions (the Terms + your use of the API).
Our obligations
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, ensure personnel confidentiality, assist with data-subject requests and security obligations to the extent applicable, and delete or return data on termination.
Subprocessors
You authorize the subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy. We impose data-protection terms on them consistent with this DPA and remain responsible for their performance.
International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by applicable law.
Security incidents
We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting your data.
